| FOR LONGER STAYS: | For bookings of over 15 nights, a 10% discount shall be applied. | ||||
| EARLY BOOKING: | A 10% discount shall be applied for reservations made at least 60 days ahead of time for stays of at least 7 nights. Discounts may not be accumulated. | ||||
| Check-in is after 3PM and check-out is before 11AM. In order to confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the entire stay is requested. All prices include VAT. |

GENERAL CONDITIONS |

| Deposits and final payments of stays: The direction requires that for stays of over seven (7) nights, payments shall be made either weekly or every Friday. The Lecci Park Hotel accepts most major credit cards for payment. |

| Deposits and unused services For stays of over 3 nights, a 30% deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. Any written confirmation not accompanied by a deposit will be considered null and void. When, because of time shortages, a deposit can not be made before arrival, it shall be made upon arrival at the time of check-in. If extra services have been reserved, like meals or excursions, no discounts and/or refunds shall be made if said services are not utilised by the guest. |

| Cancellations All cancellations or date changes must be made in writing to the Lecci Park Hotel. For cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date, the client has the right to a 50% refund of the deposit. Whenever the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the date of arrival, the Lecci Park Hotel claims the right to retain the entire deposit. |

| Check-in, Check-out and Late check-out The Lecci Park Hotel check-in time is after 3PM on the date of your arrival. Check-out time is before 11Am on the date of departure. Any requests for late check-out may be allowed based on availability by contacting our reception personnel the day before departure. However, you will be charged 50% of the room charge if the room is left by 3PM, and a full day's charge will be made for departures after that time. Beach services are available on the day of departure at an extra charge only on the basis of availability by contacting our reception personnel. |

| Foreign Currency Exchange The changing of foreign currency is a service our reception does not provide. We do not accept foreign currencies for the payments of bills and hotel services. |

| Discounts Discounts are not acummulative. The discount "Children free" is applicable when accompanied by two paying adults, and for no more than two children per room, and only in the Family rooms or Jr. Family Suites. The discounts for children are not applicable for suites or communicating rooms. Lo sconto "doppia uso singola" non viene applicato alle suite. Suites: The minimum rate applied is for two people. |
